The latest figures show six areas have seen an increase, while eleven areas have seen infections fall in the latest seven-day period.
Here we reveal which neighbourhoods have seen the biggest rise in case rates per 100,000 people between 12 February and 19 February.
Cases between 0-2 are suppressed which means some areas will show as a 100% decrease even if there are some cases.
