The Blackpool areas where Covid cases rose and fell in the last week as Lancashire set to reach 100,000 case milestone

Latest data has revealed where cases of Covid-19 are rising and falling across Blackpool.

These latest figures come as the number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 in Lancashire since the start of the pandemic is set to reach 100,000 cases.

As of yesterday (Wednesday, January 20), the total number of cases across the county stood at 99,936.

In Blackpool, 7,491 people have tested positive since the start of the pandemic.

The figures below, from Public Health England, show which Blackpool neighbourhoods saw a decrease in cases for the seven days to January 15 and which areas showed an increase.
