Blackpool Victoria Hospital: 3D 'flythrough' video gives first look at the planned £13m A&E expansion

Blackpool teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has released a 3D ‘flythrough’ which shows the planned extension of the hospital's Emergency Department.

The work which was due to start in 2023 will now begin two and a half years early.

Planned changes include an urgent care department, an X-ray room, major and minor injuries wards, an ambulance triage area, a resuscitation room, and separate waiting rooms for adults and children.
