A well known Lancashire country pub and restaurant is up for sale for more than half a million pounds
and live on Freeview channel 276
The pub temporarily closed its doors on March 21 due to the coronavirus crisis but retains its licence and can accommodate 77 diners.
The Grade 2 listed, part thatched building also has a function room on the first floor and car park for 50 on its nearly one acre site.

Hide AdIt also has a beer garden at the rear and a small patio plus detached outbuildings.
Inglenook Inns bought the pub in July 2019 and it was managed by Gary Patterson and his team.
He said at the time: “The Derby Arms has an excellent reputation for classic pub food. This is not only a local’s local, but also a great food destination pub."
He said they would be concentrating on fresh locally sourced produce and real ales.

Hide AdThe bar area can also cater for approximately 46 and the restaurant is in a series of secluded areas partly on split levels with timber and brick panelling to divide.
It is being marketed by agents Fleurets in Manchester.
