Temporary traffic lights on a 200m stretch of roadworks at Garstang Road East are stuck on red at both ends.

The issue is causing slow moving traffic in the area. Drivers are advised to approach the area with caution.

One motorist said: "It's lucky it's the six weeks holiday, otherwise things would be much worse."
