Search is on for Fylde coast high street stars
Richard Lefton from independent furniture store Leftons was speaking following the launch of a competition to highlight all that is best on the Fylde Coast high street.
The Gazette Retail and Leisure Awards launched this month aim to shine a spotlight on the diverse and vibrant range of businesses on our streets.

Hide AdA total of ten categories are up for grabs with a closing date for nominations of Friday, October 6.
Entries can be accepted from customer, owners of businesses, managers and employees.
Family-run independent retailer Lefton’s Furniture Group is the headline sponsor of The Gazette Retail and Leisure Awards.
The firm has been a Blackpool high street stalwart since 1946 with two furniture stores and a strong online presence.

Categories include, Fashion Store of the Year, Retailer of the Year (Non-Fashion), New Retailer of the Year, Bar/Restaurant of the Year, Hair/Beauty Business of the Year, Leisure Venue of the Year, Customer Service Award, Team Member of the Year, Manager of the Year and Community Champions Award.
