Judging begins in July each year and continues for 12 months, enabling NHBC inspectors and independent judges to fully assess Site Managers work over an extended period of time. A Pride in the Job marking sheet is used, which covers 38 sitemanagement activities.

Managing Director, Sean O’Toole said: “My philosophy from day one has been to build the best house for the greatest value and this is something my team led by Site Manager, Ian Wallis and myself have achieved and has been justly recognised by the National House Builders Council in awarding this wonderful award to my Company.”

Sean added: “We have noticed an increase in enquires for our developments at Church Meadow, Thornton Cleveleys and The Hollies at Singleton over the past few weeks.

“It would therefore seem that the property market is at long last starting to move slowly but surely along the Fylde coast area.”
