Targeting new markets with appointment of experts in a variety of sectors, building on the firm’s existing strengths and expanding the geographic footprint are key to the strategy.

He said: “Vincents has long been associated with private client work, providing an excellent service for families, individuals and businesses across the region. The essence of the business is in the quality of our people and the service we provide.

“We are always on the lookout for good quality fee earners and support staff to join us, and are in the market for mergers and acquisitions for businesses that share our ethos. In the past 12 months we have recruited highly skilled professionals and expanded our expertise and offering in commercial, corporate, dispute resolution, employment, family - particularly child care proceedings- private client and conveyancing.

“Over the next six months we will be also looking to recruit legal executives and law graduates with a view to offering more training contracts to support our senior practitioners.”
