ISA advice at building society

The ISA tax year ends on April 5, and Skipton Building Society’s Cleveleys branch is asking local people if they’ve made the most of not paying tax on their savings before their entitlement disappears.

With the Bank of England base rate remaining so low, savers are looking to make the most of their hard-earned cash and using the advantages of a tax-free wrapper is a popular choice for many.

On March 25 branch will be holding an ISA focus day when staff will be on hand to answer any questions from savers.

Anyone wanting advice can visit the branch from 10am-4pm and ask to speak to a member of staff.

Advisors at the branch will also be able to offer helpful information on tax free savings options, the range of ISA accounts available, including the Society’s popular Junior ISA,

In an added move to help local savers, due to the financial tax year ending on Easter Sunday, April 5, the branch at will be open on Easter Monday from 10am-3pm to 
enable savers to get their ISAs up and running for 2015-16.
