Fylde coast company Reliant TV, which has traded for 60 years, is set to move into the former Forsyths unit on Rossall Road in Cleveleys towards the end of January.
The store has been vacant since November 2019, after part-owner Martin Forsyth said it was "closing due to time and age."

It has now been snapped up by Reliant TV owner Rob Trow, 53, who currently operates a showroom on Mythop Road, Weeton, and a smaller store on Victoria Road West, Cleveleys.
Mr Trow, who bought the business from his father 25 years ago, said he had no doubts the firm would continue its success in the new showroom.
"I think it'll be really good for us, and for the people who live in Cleveleys as well," he said.

"We are still really busy, there are a lot of good people in Cleveleys. I think for businesses to be successful there needs to be both internet shopping and high street shopping available.
"There is still a big need for what we have to offer. Our showroom prices are the same as our internet prices, and there are staff in store to help you with what you need, which is important to many people.
"We do a lot of business online but there are still lots of people who want to buy on the high street."

The current Reliant TV store on Victoria Road West will close in the new year to coincide with the opening of the new Rossall Road showroom.
