Fylde coast care at home team earns top national honour

Alcedo Care has been rated joint top home care group in the whole of the UK, and the top home care group in the North West of England by review website homecare.co.uk.

The firm, founded in 2017, offers care, support and nursing services to people in their own homes, and has its offices on Amy Johnson Way.

Updated on an annual basis, the homecare.co.uk awards are based solely on the reviews of home care companies and their services, provided by clients direct to the homecare.co.uk website.

Individuals are asked to rate all aspects of the services they receive, including quality of care, compassion and value for money, and all reviews are subsequently verified independently by the homecare.co.uk team before publication.

Alcedo was rated exceptionally highly by its clients resulting in an overall score of 9.9 out of 10 and beating more than 600 other home care providers across the UK to be jointly ranked in first place.

The family business employs more than 400 people and has sites in Blackpool, Southport and Wigan.
