She said she also developed comprehensive re-opening plans for the business, which puts customer safety at the top of the list and is leading the 24-strong team through new COVID-19 protocols, as well as investing in treatments that are new to the Fylde Coast.

Rhianna, of Lytham, said: “After being closed for five months it feels so amazing to be back in business and doing what we do best. Lockdown has been a challenging time, but I remained positive and used it as an opportunity to recharge and reflect, and put plans in place.

“We have an amazing team and a very loyal client base and so their safety has always been our number one priority. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to put protective measures in place, while ensuring we’re able to continue the high level of service our clients expect.

"Since we first opened in 2016, we’ve always been innovative and we pride ourselves on being an emporium of specialists offering a variety of treatments, from microblading, to laser skincare.

“We also operate an internationally renowned Training Academy, and have earned a reputation as industry leaders in the beauty and therapies industry.”

The transition to Ultimate Professional includes a number of new offerings for residents, including a collaboration with aesthetics doctors Martin and Hanna Kinsella, regulars on the TV show The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

The husband and wife duo will be hosting monthly drop-in clinics at Ultimate Professional starting on Saturday, October 3, offering a range of anti-ageing treatments.

Dr Martin Kinsella said: “Our client base is predominantly in Cheshire and London, and so we’re looking forward to bring our experience, expertise and pioneering treatments to the Fylde Coast.”

Rhianna added: “So many people attempted cutting their hair or at-home manicures over lockdown, but the response we’ve had since re-opening is that people have missed that bit of luxury, and the normality of getting their hair and nails done, and are glad to be back and being pampered safely."

Charlotte Dawson, a regular with stylists Sam Giffen, former Big Brother contestant and sisters Amy and Joanna Johnson, said: “I felt really safe and comfortable with all the COVID-safe measures in place and after weeks of patiently waiting, it felt fabulous to get a big curly blow dry. I’ve definitely got post-lockdown hair happiness now!”
