A Blackpool pharmacy has closed its doors for the last time, but patients do not need to worry about their existing prescriptions.

The Whitworth Pharmacy on Highfield Road in South Shore closed for the final time yesterday, but patients will automatically transfer to the Whitworth Chemist in Common Edge Road.
Patients can also nominate another pharmacy if this is not convenient.
