The Outsider art at The Lowry
After rave reviews for his last show and a nomination for the 2013 Time Out & Soho Theatre award, magician and illusionist Ben Hart brings acclaimed new show The Outsider on tour to Salford’s Lowry arts centre on Sunday night.
Directed by award-winning Anthony Owen, the man behind Derren Brown’s TV shows, The Outsider is a show brimfull of magic, sleight of hand, special effects and illusions.
His performance is inter-woven with a biographical narrative that alludes to his lifelong feelings of detachment.
Ben recently starred in the BBC3 programme Killer Magic, in which five young magicians competed against each other.
