Dance dreamland as music fans lap up summer

Revellers take to North Pier for dance spectacular as sun, sea and sounds provide thrilling night.

Dance music fans have once more packed North Pier for a celebration over the sea.

Pier Jam returned for the second of four dates at the attraction this year, drawing music lovers from across the North West for an international DJ line-up.

Headlining was MK, aka Marc Kinchen, with Ducky, Touch Love and Oliver Dollar on the bill.

And the date and acts for the third in the summer series has been announced.

It takes place on Saturday September 12
