“I am so honoured to share their story.
“Starting a family can be a struggle and infertility is not talked about, so my book was to raise awareness.”
Nicole, a mum to daughters 10-year-old Sofia and Amie, eight, says her husband Chris, 38, encouraged her to adapt her blog about her depression into her first book, Ramblings In My
Head: Confessions Of A Depressive Mind.
Nicole said she was prescribed anti-depressants and therapy sessions after being diagnosed with post-natal depression.

Nicole added: “Ramblings in My Head: Confessions of an Artistic Mind includes the inspirational words and artwork from several digital artists.
“They’ve been willing to share their stories about their experiences of mental health.
“The more we can document stories, the more we can raise awareness and people will know it’s okay to talk about it.”
