M6 lane closure after accident
Two lanes have been shut on the M6 near Preston following an accident.
The lanes are understood to be blocked southbound between junction 32 at Broughton and junction 31A, affecting rush-hour traffic on Thursday evening.
One eyewitness reported a car had hit a barrier. Queueing traffic has been reported.
