Legoland’s Discovery Centre has recreated the recent Blackpool-based Coronation Street storyline, using tens of thousands of Lego bricks.

The Manchester-based attraction has developed a Lego replica of Hayley Cropper and husband’s Roy’s special trip to the Fylde coast, which has been aired this week. The scene was set up in the attractions Blackpool Miniland, which also features a 10ft recreation of the famous Tower, itself made up of 20,000 Lego bricks.

This is the centre’s third recreation of a scene from the Street – it has previously produced its own version of the 2010 Corrie tram crash as well as this year’s fire at the Rovers Return.
