A popular venue will undergo a transformation in the new year to show classic films every month.
Thornton Little Theatre is introducing its unique cinema club at the venue to screen hits like Casablanca, The Wizard of Oz and Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
Bosses will install cinema style seating at the venue and open the bar to viewers.
Ian Munro, head of Culture, Leisure and Tourism at Wyre Council, said: “The venue lends itself perfectly to this kind of film showing.
“The bar will be open and popcorn on sale so you can sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy a night out with like-minded film lovers.”
The first screening is on January 12, with a matinee showing of Breakfast at Tiffany’s at 3pm and Moulin Rouge at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £3.50 in advance or £5 on the day.
