HE’S gone from walking the famous cobbles to making cheese, and now former Corrie star Sean Wilson has been visiting local shoppers to ‘spread’ the word about his produce.
Wilson played Martin Platt on the ITV soap until he left four years ago and went into cheese-making.
He greeted shoppers at Asda Blackpool with a selection of his latest cheeses for locals to sample.
He said: “Blackpool’s good. A lot of people have been coming up to me, and the cheese seems very popular.”
Duty manager Mark Gray said: “Lots of people in saying ‘Martin Platt’s in store’. It’s a good event.”
