Blackpool-based Supernatural Events will be presenting two spook-filled nights of ghost hunting at two locations this month – The Regent and North Pier Theatre.
The Regent, on Church Street, will be opening the doors to some of its most haunted areas for the first time ever on Supernatural Events’ Overnight Ghost Hunt on Friday.
The venue has become home to several unexplained events, including one of the most recent records of paranormal activity – a photograph taken on a heritage tour of the building in February 2013 by keen photographer Mike Bower which showed an unexplained mist on the ground floor level.
Supernatural Events’ founder, Stephen Mercer said, “I am so excited that we will be offering ghost hunts in The Regent.
“It is full of history and from all accounts it may be full of ghosts as well.
Originally the ghost hunts were due to take place in the venue back in 2012, so it is fantastic that we can now go in and investigate the reported
hauntings of the former picture house. I can’t wait.”
The first Overnight Ghost Hunt at The Regent will take place from 10pm to 3am on Friday and a second night has been arranged for January 30 as places are expected to sell out very quickly for the first event.
Meanwhile, on November 28, the company will return to Blackpool’s North Pier Theatre. That event also takes place from 10pm to 3am.
Tickets for Supernatural Events’ Overnight Ghost Hunts are just £25 per person.
They must be purchased in advance.
