Two local business have combined for the first time to present a Wine & Tapas Evening in Blackpool.

Caffé Dolce on Abingdon Street and the Lancashire Wine School will be teaming their talents on Friday, September 23, for a combination of chef/manager Carlos Silva’s Spanish and Portuguese influences and the school’s carefully chosen list of wines that work with the food.

There will be six wines served over the evening including white wine from the Douro Valley in Portugal (great with fish), white wine from Rueda in Spain called Verdejo, fruity tempranillo from Ribera Del Duero, a region that is constantly challenging Rioja for quality... and of course a taste of the real Rioja, single vineyard style from Tempranillo.

n Places are strictly limited and cost £25 each. The evening starts at 7pm and lasts around two hours.
