Joe Longthorne – currently coming to the end of a lengthy nationwide tour which also saw him starring twice weekly at Blackpool Grand Theatre, and Crissy Rock, who has endeared herself to millions with her stint in the jungle on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and star of the Merrie England’s midweek summer show on North Pier, are getting together to record a charity record.
Following discussions after one of Joe’s recent shows in Blackpool the two friends agreed to record their rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water together when Crissy recovers from the jungle and Joe takes a break from touring – with all proceeds donated to Cancer Research UK.
In the meantime Joe will be entertaining audiences in Fleetwood when he heads to the Marine Hall on Saturday December 17.
The show starts at 7.30pm and tickets are £20 for adults and £12.50 for children.
