Ruthie Boycott-Garnett’s The Adventures of Pom, being staged at the Eco-Pod at Park View 4U three times next Thursday, Decenber 15, is an intimate adventure adapting the Greek myth, Persephone, and incorporating puppetry, projections, soundscapes, storytelling and live music.
The Park View4U staging has been programmed by Lytham-based Fable Arts, who successfully staged Babies Overboard at AKS School in October.

Alex O’Toole, Fables Arts’ artistic director, said: “After the sellout success of Babies Overboard, we were overwhelmed with positive feedback, with many people asking if we could put on more interactive shows for young families.

“We’ve had our eye on The Adventures of Pom for a while because it’s a beautiful interactive show. We knew we wanted to bring something visually spectacular which would heighten the senses of babies and young children and entrance them with a magical story. Ruthie’s show absolutely fits the bill and we’re thrilled to be bringing it to Fylde.”

The Adventures of Pom will be performed at 10am, 11.30am and 1.30pm and tickets must be bought in advance via www.fablearts.org.uk/whats-on or 0333 666 3366.
