BLACKPOOL’S magic and variety show Beyond Belief is back with a bigger and more lavish production than before.

Produced by Richard De Vere and choreographed by Marc Lawlor the fast moving magic, comedy, illusion and variety show is back at the Pleasure Beach Horseshoe for its fifth consecutive year.

After last year’s record breaking season more investment has been put into the family show including new state of the art illusions, lavish costumes and the introduction of international speciality act Shizzy Mizzy with his unique juggling, comedy and circus skills.

Shizzy, who will be familiar as a former cast member of Eclipse and Forbidden, will be adding to his list of talents by performing the “slack wire” – a feat of skill and balance walking on a 5mm rope and says he is excited to join the rest of the cast of Beyond Belief.

Former Mystique star, singer and choreographer Marc Lawlor is returning for his fifth season with a mix of songs from Take That to Michael Buble’ and has enjoyed the challenge of putting in new dance routines from shows such as Will Rogers Follies.

Ballerina Sarnai Byamba hopes to excel again with routines accompanied by the voice of Annie Lennox while Tatiana Zharkova introduces more contemporary and modern dance items.

Richard De Vere says he is also looking forward to bringing his canine friends Schnorbitz and Schnooky back along with a special appearance from one of their feline friends Salem (a miniature leopard).

Beyond Belief opens tonight and can be seen every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the season.
