THE Sands 60s Night tonight heads down the time tunnel with songs that revolutionized the music industry and shaped the collective consciousness of the world.

Originally formed in 1980, The Piggies were pioneers of the lookalike and soundalike age, well before most of the current crop of tribute bands were even born. Through constant touring, in the UK and abroad, the band quickly gained a reputation as one of the most authentic 60s tributes in Britain, with vintage instruments, flamboyant costumes and a unique attention to detail.

Peter Swann, owner of The Sands Venue, said; “Our tribute bands really are a cut above the rest in terms of professionalism and musical quality. I was blown away when I first saw this band in action.”

Admission is £22.50 (including meal) or £10 ticket only.
