June is packed with hits at The Bar @ Toast in St Annes.Happy hippies, power rockers, saxophone interludes, swing classics and Rat Pat favourites will all be among the trips down music’s memory lane taking to the stage of the popular venue.

Friday June 5 sees the return of Happy Daize (right), a five piece party band featuring former members of The Nashville Teens, Chicory Tip, The Renegades and The Honeycombs. They have also individually worked with many top international artists.

Power rock trio Hush are back on Saturday June 6.

Expect material made famous by The Jam and The Cult as well as tunes from Foo Fighters and Green Day.

On Friday June 12 in-demand four piece Sandgrown covers band Kazoobian are back with another set of lesser covered classics.

Chances to see well established five piece band Good Machine in action are getting fewer and farther between so make the most of Saturday, June 13.

Expect hits from the 60s and 70s including David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and T-Rex right up to present day smashes by Snow Patrol, Gossip, Radiohead, The Killers and more.

There’s a change of tempo on Sunday June 14 from 7.30pm with a Show and Dine evening of All Time Classics With Saxophone Interludes featuring Jo Ashcroft.

Friday June 19 sees the welcome return to St Annes Trix and they are followed on Saturday June 20 by the ever popular Borders of Dawn. There’s a Toast return on Friday June 26 for Smooth Talk, performing a mix of Rat Pack, swing and the Blues Brothers – and plenty more.

Expect roof raising rock from The Rattlers returning on Saturday June 27 and the month comes to a close on Sunday June 28 with another Show and Dine evening from 7.30pm this time featuring Swing Classics performed by Mark McKenna.
