Blackpool six-piece rock band Naomi’s Blood Diamonds will be keeping music live tonight at the Bierkeller on Central Promenade.
The band plays original indie/electro/pop music and describes itself as being “somewhere between The Human League, LCD Soundsystem and Hot Chip”.
A spokesman for the band said: “We make beat-filled music to get you jumping and singing and dancing holes inside your shoes. It’s music about lost and found loves and miss-spent youths by the seaside. It’s Stone Roses guitars with scorching electro synchs, pounding pop beats and soaring harmonised vocals.”
And if that isn’t enough to lure you onto the promenade tonight, there’s support from The Colours and Laura Codling.
Admission is £2 and drinks are £1.50 each.
