Festival a boost for funds

The Blackpool Friends of Trinity Hospice are staging a family fun T-Fest day for all the family in aid of The Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children’s Hospice on Saturday from noon to 4pm in St John’s Square, Blackpool.

Appearing will be James Reay and Des Day (comperes), Motown vocalist Tony Just (12.15pm), female vocalist Zoe Denice (12.30pm), FY West Coast street dance crew (12.45pm); rock band Last Man Standing (1pm); Basshunter support act AJ (1.15pm); illusionist Brian Sefton (1.30pm); Michael Buble tribute Scott Slattery (1.45 and 2.45pm); dance act Disco Inferno (2pm); boy band and Saturdays support act FTW (2.15pm); rock band Lower Tax Band (2.15pm); Lady Gaga tribute Emma Louise (2.30pm); girl group The Bon Bonz (3pm); rock band Carlton Crossing (3.20pm) and Vanquish, who have supported Westlife and Steps (3.45pm).

Town Crier Barry McQueen will be opening event which will also feature a bouncy castle, mascots’ and lots more including various stalls and games all for a good cause.

All proceeds will go straight to Brian House Children’s Hospice and Trinity Hospice.

There will also be the opportunity to sign up for the Trinity Hospice Illumathon
