After the release of their first single Never Been to Mars and following a tour around the UK in September 2011, Spanish quintet The Dirt Tracks his on the up and up.
Now, after a year of success in Germany and their home country Spain, and playing to a massive crowd at the Arenal Sound festival in Castellón, Spain, The Dirt Tracks are heading back to the UK to promote their new EP The Madding Crowd.
The tour begins next Thursday at The Cavern in Liverpool before the band makes its Blackpool debut on Friday, September 21, at The Cedar Tavern in Cedar Square.
After that, cities all over the UK including London and Manchester will host this band that already has gained a foothold of fans in the UK. Once again we’re ready and looking forward to seeing them on stage, listening to their songs, living life, and plugging in to the great new music.
Now under new ownership The Cedar Tavern is out to become a town centre destination venue which caters for students and like-minded people.
Students with suitable ID can benefit from 15 per cent discount on drinks.
The venue has a pool table and is open daily from noon until 11pm. It plans to host several live music evenings and has an upstairs Arts ‘fringe’ Theatre. which can be used free of charge to promote local music, comedy, poetry talent etc.
