Impresario, entertainer and show producer Duggie Chapman makes his annual appearance at the Lowther Pavilion in Lytham on Thursday at 2pm with his popular Thanks For The memory show.

“I have been working on my new two hour programme for around six months tracing great clips of stars from the Edwardian era through to 1940s,” said Duggie. “These rare clips have been re-mastered to a high standard and I feel this is the best version of the show yet.

“The second half will feature stars from the early black and white Sunday Night At the London Palladium stars and supporting speciality acts.”

In addition to the show Duggie will be also featuring in the theatre foyer an exhibition of theatrical memorabilia from the last 100 years including posters and photographs with a selection of early Blackpool attractions going back 90 years.

“My film presentations have been described as a memorable occasion for the lovers of the performers of a bygone age, “ added Duggie.
