Just days after adding Eurovision disco diva Nicky French to its star studded cast, the nationwide tour of Guilty Pleasures – scheduled for a Preston Charter Theatre run from May 7 to 9 – has been cancelled.

The show was billed as “the latest laugh-out-loud comedy from the producers of the UK smash-hit comedy The Naked Truth” and featured Craig Chalmers (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Any Dream Will Do); Darren Day and CJ de Mooi (Eggheads) together with David Van Day (from the pop groups Dollar, Bucks Fizz and Guys ‘n’ Dolls), Terri Dwyer (Hollyoaks; Grange Hill and Loose Women) and Pauline Fleming (Coronation Street and Brookside).
