Have your say

Dig out the daffodils, it’s time to celebrate St David’s Day at the Sands Venue on Central Promenade tonight.

Martin Jarvis and Joanne Copeman , two of Europe’s top tribute artistes, will be coming together to create an evening of after dinner entertainment paying homage to two of Wales’ most iconic artistes – Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey.

Martin is recognized as an outstanding Tom Jones tribute artiste throughout the UK and Europe. He was even asked to perform for Virgin to promote one of Sir Tom’s albums.

His voice has always been compared to the man himself and it was inevitable that he would end up performing as a Tom Jones impersonator.

Joanne performs as Surely Bassey, complete with the gowns, the drama and pure sophistication of the legendary performer herself.

Surely Bassey always incorporates audience participation into her acclaimed tribute to the “Diamond Dame” and her cheeky sense of humour and stage persona can only be bettered by the Welsh diva herself.

Tickets are £24.99, including a three-course meal. A show only package is also available at £12.50 per person.
