Award winning theatre group Nogal Productions are taking to the stage again with The Musical and More.
The production is a showcase for the group’s talents with songs from musicals such as Sister Act, Jesus Christ Superstar and The Rocky Horror Picture Show going hand in hand with comedy moments.
The group have always had a very talented youngsters and this show is no exception. The Nogal Juniors are performing songs from Annie, Bugsy Malone and The Wizard of Oz’.
There is plenty of nostalgia too. For those who remember the comic talents of Hilda Baker there is a tribute to her and, of course, her friend Cynthia.
The Nogal Dancers will strut their stuff with showgirl feathers in the Las Vegas section and also present a tribute to the Britain’s Got Talent winners Diversity thanks to two of the dancers – Carlotta McKee and Shannen Emms – creating their own version, Adversity.
Sue Gallagher produces the show again with her daughter Vicki who with Gareth Pearson won best choreography at the Region 2 Noda awards in January. He joins her again for this show.
The Musicals and More runs from Wednesday to Saturday July 25 to 28 at Lytham’s Lowther Pavilion at 7.30pm each evening.
