BlackpooL and District Licensed Victuallers Association has a new president.

Roy Sibley, steward at Claremont Conservative Club and former LVA vice president, has taken over the reins from Ma Kelly’s group general manager Mick Sugden, who headed the association for three years.

Also pictured are secretary John Farrell (front right) and treasurers Pat Hopwood and Elizabeth Farrell.

The changeover was made at the the AGM of the Blackpool & District Licensed Victuallers Association held in Frankie’s Lounge on Talbot Road.

A recent all-day charity event at Ma Kelly’s also raised £2,473 in aid of Donna’s Dream house and a cheque was presented from the LVA.
