Blur will be joined by special guests Klaxons and Florence and The Machine at their show at Manchester's MEN Arena on June 26 –and you could see them free of charge.
It will be the first time Blur has played Manchester since a gig at Manchester Apollo in 2003.
Chris Morrison, manager of Blur said: "Every show Blur play this summer is going to be unique and different, so we're delighted Klaxons and Florence and The Machine have agreed to join us for the evening. Blur are really looking forward to this gig – they've always had an amazing reception in Manchester."
2009 sees Klaxons return with their highly anticipated second album. This show will be their first live show in Manchester since November, 2007 when they played at The Apollo. Having dawned in 2007 with a stew of dizzy melodies, cosmic imagery, and raging energy, Klaxons became the cultural phenomenon the year.
Myths Of The Near Future, the platinum selling debut featured four hit singles, including Golden Skans, and combined with earth shuddering live performances across the globe to result in the band up the Mercury Music Award 2007.
2009 has already been a great year for Florence and the Machine. From whipping up a frenzy with the enchanting single Dog Days, being one of acts on the Shockwaves NME Awards Tour and winning the Critics Choice Award at this year's Brit Awards. A deserved highlight at last summer's Reading, Leeds, Glastonbury and Bestival festivals.
Duke's Diary has three pairs of tickets to be won for the performance on June 26 at the MEN. To have a chance of winning, answer the question:
