Pool target given ultimatum by Dons
LEE Miller will make a decision on whether to leave Aberdeen by the end of the week.
The striker is being heavily linked with a move to Blackpool, who tried to sign Miller in January.
The 24-year-old is out of contract at Aberdeen. The Dons want him to stay and boss Jimmy Calderwood met with Miller at the weekend to try to talk him out of leaving.
"We believe the meeting went very positively," said Calderwood.
"Lee asked for 48 hours to talk to his family and think things over and then he will give us his decision."
Miller struck 12 goals in the Scottish Premier League last season, including goals against both Rangers and Celtic.
Born in Lanark, he has also played for Dundee United, Hearts and Falkirk but he does have experience of English football after an 18-month spell at Bristol City between 2003 and 2005.
Pool boss Simon Grayson said: "We've a long list of targets but we try to keep each one under wraps until we get a deal done.
"Until anything actually happens with any deal then it is all just pure speculation."
