Oliver leads St Bede's to a final fling in the cup
ST BEDE'S won through to the final of the Fylde & Wyre Year 10 Cup with an eight-wicket win over Arnold in the semi-finals.
The St Bede's A team bowled well and shared the wickets as Arnold B were dismissed for 79, Ben Mortimer leading the resistance with 18.
Oliver Marshall then scored an unbeaten 76 as the Lytham school sealed their place in the final against opponents yet to be determined.
St Bedes also won the under-12 game by 77 runs, posting a total of 158-6. Arnold B replied with 81-5.
