QUILLIGANS celebrated a 12-month unbeaten run in all competitions with a 4-0 win over a spirited Chris Allen Garages side in the G Casino Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Alliance.

Jordan Spedding and Ben Waddington both scored twice for the premier division leaders.

AFC Additions are now second after defeating Poulton SFC 4-2, with Ashley Robinson scoring a second successive hat-trick.

Christ the King got back to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Mythop Leisure, Lewis Battersby scoring two.

Strikes from Matthew Clews and Matthew Parr secured a 2-1 win for FC Loco against Fleetwood Gym, while Bloomfield Vets enjoyed a 4-1 success over Gardeners Arms, in which Ross Gouck (2), Andy Gouck and Richard Horrocks were their marksmen.

Division one leaders Blackpool Motor Works beat Brun Grove 3-1 courtesy of Matthew Derby’s pair and a Jamie Nay goal.

A pair from Rory Davies clinched a 3-1 victory for 21st Century Windows over The Sun Inn, while Rob Harris did likewise in Blackpool Catholic Colts’ 4-2 success over Squirrel. At the top of division three, Xceptional Kitchens beat St Annes 5-3 with Darren Worrall netting twice.

Number Four Celtic overtook Kingsfield to go second after defeating them 3-0 with a double strike from Luigi Farina and a Philip Unsworth goal.

A Nathan Shelliker pair secured a 4-2 victory for Lane Ends over Blue Spot Knee Clinic, while Conner Cooper scored four and Andy Smith two as Teamsport 90 ended Bispham Hotel’s good run 6-3. Marton Athletic enjoyed a 5-2 success against Metrostars as Richard Evans scored twice.

Division four leaders Thatched House defeated Lane Ends Res 4-2 with a Paul Parker treble.

Thre was also a hat-trick for Stephen Twist in Blue Room’s 8-0 romp against Stanley Arms, Darren Elwell scoring two.

Philharmonic held FC Newton to a 1-1 draw, with Chris Brookfield and John Pickervance tbe scorers.

In the outstanding Lancashire Sunday Trophy tie, Newton Arms lost on penalties to Preston City after a 3-3 draw.
