With the premier division table-toppers in cup action, A&P Autos took full advantage with a 5-3 win at Appletree Finance, who led three times.

Craigh Worrall (2), Daniel Atkinson, Lee Barker and Steve McEwan netted for A&P, with Luke Robinson (2) and Rob Hutton replying.

Goals from Ryan Tanser, Josh Miller and Mark Buchan gave Blackhurst Budd a 3-0 win against Additions to leave them as the third club on 12 points at the summit.

A John Whittle brace and a goal apiece for Shane Hull and Simon Thompson handed Kingsfield a 4-0 win at Eurotech.

Meanwhile, Robbie Hulme (2), Bradley Gill, Wayne Maden, Dan Mottram and Jamie Walsh scored for The Saddle as they beat AFC Rangers 7-0.

Athletico Tijuana went back to the top of division one as a Cam Greenall brace and goals from Ryan Thomson and Mark Varey gave them a 4-1 win at Chris Allen Garages, for whom former Tijuana player Steve Bonser replied.

Tyler Attack and Joe Higgins scored in Shovels’ 2-0 win at Highfield to go second.

Antony Buxton, Barry Davenport and Aaron McGarry sealed Bloomfield Brewhouse’s 3-2 win at Highfield Social, for whom Peter Clarkson scored both,

Neil Gore’s hat-trick for AFC Jewsons Blackpool won them the points as they pipped Edwardian 3-2, despite goals from Matty Grime and Kyle Roberts.

Rick Fisher found the net to help Wesham to a 2-2 draw at the New Albert, their other goal being an own goal.

In division two, Jack Porter’s hat-trick wasn’t enough to prevent BES Utilities’ first defeat of the season. They went down 7-3 at FC Albion, for whom Ntisat Sirisom scored three. Eric Clayton (2), Michael Crossland and Thomas Pendlebury also netted for the winners.

The Bridge missed out on the chance to catch BES as they lost 4-1 at Broomheads Estate Agency, with Kenny Cram (2), Elliot Ramsay and Ryan Worthington scoring. Kyle Nixon netted the consolation.

James Sweeney scored two and Jake Thomas bagged the other as Lane Ends beat Kirkham Town 3-2. Rian MacDonald scored both of Town’s goals.

A hat-trick for Daniel Dean and a brace each for Richard Blampied and Chris Jackson set Highlands up for a 9-4 win against Westview. Lee Coker and Brandon Prestwich also scored, with Rumal Edwards, Patrick Fisher, Jonathan Gough and Thomas Whittaker finding the net for Westview.

A Sean Willetts hat-trick and a brace for new signing Rob Heritage set King Edward up for their first league win as they beat Marshall Court 6-3. Stephen Peters scored the other, with Stuart Hammand (2) and Gareth Leadbetter replying.

Joe Greatrix and Ben Johnson scored as The George also managed their first win as they beat Metrostars 2-1. Asa Widdup replied.

In the Gledhill Cup, premier division side S Royle Roofing were taken to extra-time before beating second division outfit The Links 3-2.

Stephen Farquar, Karl McLeod and Josh Sanderson scored for S Royle, with Alex Cameron bagging both of Links’ replies.

David Ramsden scored a hat-trick as another top-flight side, Exceptional Kitchens, had to work hard for their 5-2 win against lower opposition in the Swift Hound. Neal and Simon Williams also scored.

There were mixed fortunes for the Fylde coast’s West Lancashire League premier division sides in cup action.

Blackpool Wren Rovers made it through to the third round of the Lancashire Amateur Shield with a 5-2 home win against Walney Island.

Carl Eastwood netted a brace, while Danny Morris, Nick Greenall and Joe Booth also found the net. Mike Carr and Mike Bailey scored for the division two side.

Garstang will join them in the next round after a comprehensive 9-2 win away at Bolton County.

Thornton Cleveleys were dumped out on penalties after a thriller away at Turton ended 3-3 after normal time. The shoot-out was won 3-0 by the Blackburn side.

Poulton were in league action in division one, going down 1-0 in Cumbria to title challengers Hawcoat Park.Oliver Jackson scored just after half time.

Despite the defeat, Poulton remain top of the league, although Hawcoat Park are two points behind with a game in hand.

Wyre Villa lost 5-3 at home to Milnthorpe Corinthians, with goals for the hosts coming via Max Landless, Jack Ashworth and Zac Crosbie.

Leon Gierke netted a hat-trick for the visitors, with Danny Coid and Elliott Bousfield also finding the back of the net.

Lytham Town were not in action this week.
