Town coach Paul Murray fielded a strong side, which included like experienced midfielder Eggert Jonsson, ex-Barcelona youngster Elohor Godswill and strikers Aaron Amadi-Holloway and Alex Jakubiak.

Amadi-Holloway missed out on a place in Town’s match day squad for last Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Wimbledon but he made his mark yesterday, opening the scoring as he latched on to Oliver Roberts’ pass. Wigan’s Jordan Flores equalised to take the tie to spot-kicks.
