Mikael Mandron’s first Fleetwood goal wasn’t enough to prevent a shock defeat at the hands of York City.

Town were well below their best but were unlucky to be behind at the break, Conor McLaughlin turning a corner past his own goalkeeper.

The home side battled back and pulled themselves level, Mandron mopping up at the back post after Jon Parkin’s effort failed to beat Nick Pope.
