The left back, who picked up a knock in Blackpool's semi-final second leg at Luton Town, is replaced by Colin Daniel at left wing-back.

The only other change sees Kyle Vassell replace Nathan Delfouneso up front, with Delfouneso dropping down to the bench.

The Seasiders will keep faith with the 3-5-2 formation that proved so effective during their 6-5 aggregate win against Luton, with Will Aimson, Clark Robertson and Tom Aldred taking up the three centre back roles.

The latter will captain the side in the absence of Taylor.

Vassell, meanwhile, is partnered by in-form striker Mark Cullen in attack. The striker has notched nine times in his previous 14 outings.

Jim McAlister remains a long-term absentee with a broken leg.
