Jose Riga revealed there’s a huge feeling of frustration around Bloomfield Road after yet another defeat.
Blackpool’s players held a dressing-room post mortem after the 1-0 home defeat by Derby last night.
Riga insisted the latest loss was much harder to take than Saturday’s 4-2 hammering at Huddersfield.
The Pool boss said: “The players were exactly like me after the game – so frustrated.
“After Huddersfield we could say nothing as we were so disappointing, but that’s the only time this season that has happened.
“We were part of this game for 90 minutes and deserved something from it.
“The experienced players in the group are frustrated as they are so desperate to win.
“It’s not a good feeling. I’m frustrated as we are all waiting for the results to change.”
Ishmael Miller and Nathan Delfouneso both missed chances in a first half which Pool shaded.
Riga added: “The story is always the same for us here sadly. If you look at the statistics from each game, we create plenty of opportunities but don’t have the quality to finish them.
“What we did for most of the game against Derby was great, particularly after Saturday. But we miss some players who will be efficient.
“After the break we had good chances and even after the goal we could have got something from it.”
