A LOMANA Lualua wondergoal wasn’t enough to stop Blackpool losing at Reading.
The striker fired Blackpool back into the game with a sensational strike after Ian Harte and Alex Pearce had put the home side two up.
Despite improvement in the second half by Ian Holloway’s men, Mikele Leigertwood sealed it for Reading with a free header on 60 minutes.

FULL TIME: READING 3 BLACKPOOL 1
91 mins: Frustrating afternoon for Blackpool. Can’t say they’ve been much worse than the home side. You can’t give away soft goals and expect to win games in the Championship though.
90 mins: Four minutes time added.
84 mins: Kevin Phillips drifts a free-kick well over after Stephen Dobbie was fouled 25-yards from goal.
78 mins: The game is drifting away from Blackpool here. Haven’t looked like scoring since the substitutions. Neither have Reading.
68 mins: Have to say Blackpool have been the better of the two sides since Lualua’s goal, but you can’t consistantly give the opposition easy goals. Holloway won’t be happy.
65 mins: Tame header by Basham towards goal, easy save.
63 mins: Three changes for Blackpool. Stephen Dobbie, Matt Phillips and Tom Ince come on for Lualua, Taylor-Fletcher and Sylvestre.
