Matt Phillips has signed a four-year deal at QPR.
The 22-year-old put pen to paper on Friday after the two clubs agreed a fee for the winger on Thursday night.
He made 102 appearances for the Seasider since joining from Wycombe in 2010.
Phillips has missed the opening three games of the current season with a broken elbow.
On the deal he said: “QPR are a club with huge ambition.
“The direction in which the club is heading, with the signings that have already been made this summer, it seems like the perfect time to come here
“We all know what Harry Redknapp is about and personally I can’t wait to play for him.”
