Bradley Orr has been added to Blackpool’s injured list - leaving the side with 16 players for tomorrow’s clash against Ipswich.
He limped off during last weekend’s win against Nottingham Forest and scans revealed a strain to his thigh.
Pool have monitored the injury throughout the week, but he won’t be fit to play tomorrow.
It means the Seasiders are down to the bare bones once again, especially in defensive positions.
“For tomorrow’s game I think we have 16 fit players available,” confirmed Ince.
“When we have so many players out it’s so difficult.
“We’ve lost the likes of Barry Ferguson, Chris Basham, Isiaiah Osbourne and Craig Cathcart, these are first team players.
“Hopefully we can get them back for the Christmas period.”
Orr and midfielder Basham both had scans this week and it was hoped one of them would make this weekend’s game.
But Ince revealed neither are close.
He said: “They won’t be available for Saturday, which is a shame.
“You hope that one of them might have been available for the Ipswich game and battle through until the international break.
“But it’s not looking that way.
“Hopefully we can get them back for the Birmingham game, or maybe Sheffield Wednesday.”
