Tom Ince has linked up with England’s U21 for the European Championships.

The Blackpool winger joined the country’s best young players in Turkey for a training camp yesterday ahead of the opening game of the tournament in Isreal on Wednesday.

Ince is suspended for the opening game against Italy, but is expected to feature against Norway in the Ha Moshava Stadium, Petah Tikva a week tomorrow.

He was joined by another familiar face to Blackpool fans, Nathan Delfouneso.

The Aston Villa man was a popular figure during his loan spell at Bloomfield Road last season, and was called-up to the squad after Callum McManaman pulled out with injury.

England boss Stuart Pearce said: “We’ll work mornings and mornings only.

“Like we have done in Spain ahead of previous tournaments, we’ll make sure the team spirit is good and the focus is right,” he told TheFA.com.

“We don’t want to slog the players too much physically.”
