Thomas Ince is in talks over a mega money deal with Monaco.
The French giants are hoping to sign Blackpool’s star player on a pre-contract ahead of his contract expiring this summer.
Ince trained with the Seasiders on Thursday before reports claim he travelled to London to hold talks with Monaco in the afternoon.
Father Paul, who’s also Blackpool’s manager, missed his weekly press conference and wasn’t at Bloomfield Road this afternoon.
It’s been reported Ince senior was with his son for talks over a deal, although the official reason for his absence was the manager has ‘other business to attend to.’
It’s believed the Champions League outfit are keen on tieing the England U21 star down to a pre-contract agreement which would see him end the current season at Bloomfield Road.
Ince is Pool’s top scorer so far this season with seven goals in 24 appearances, after firing 18 last term.
