Paul Ince has been banned from attending Blackpool’s next five games.
The boss was at Wembley yesterday for an FA hearing where he was hit by one of the most severe punishments in football history.
He will be forbidden from entering the stadium of any game involving Pool for five matches.
The charges related to incidents after the win at Bournemouth on September 14.
Ince was sent to the stands for throwing a water bottle in frustration, but it’s an incident in the tunnel involving match officials after the game which has resulted in the charges.
He pleaded guilty to using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official; behaviour towards a match official constituted violent conduct; and using threatening words and/or behaviour towards a match official.
Assistant manager Rae was also charged with an alleged use of threatening behaviour towards a match official in or around the tunnel but was cleared of all wrong doing.
